Guinness Stout is a true black male out of Snowmass Satin Reserve XX as well as Rancho Margarita's M's Delight who has produced nothing but quality. Guinness has amazing presence, perfect head with a short broad muzzle and a tremendous amount of bone as well as fleece coverage to his toes. Guiness produced two stunning crias this December - a mediium silver grey & a bay black. Both males have darling faces, large bone, and very crimpy fleece. Both will be on our fall show string. Gus has been a wonderful addition to our ranch! He has been to the California State Fair twice and has done an amazing job! We have opted to no longer use him as a breeding male and had him neutered. He has been a big favorite with our 4H kids and family. Unfortunately we can't keep them all.

This handsome guy has a beautiful face! Short broad muzzle - silky LSG blanket (NO SPOTS!) and big chunky legs. Wonderful disposition ......What's not to love!

"Gus" did great at the California Classic receiving a second place in halter under judge Peter Kennedy and a fourth in walking fleece out of 13 in his class under judge Cheryl Gehly who kept saying...."WOW!! Beautiful fleece! "

Over all great show considering the rain and the fact that we forgot the fans.....

Gus had his first cria - a grey female, that unfortunately passed away during a challenging dystocia in which we also lost one of our best dams, Gloria. An unfortunate part of ranching.

His second cria did not disappoint! a lovely dark fawn female with tremendous sheen. Donnie's first comment was, "WOW! she looks like a copper penny! Sounded like a good name to me. Very excited to show her in the fall 2022.

Gus has been a wonderful addition to our farm, however with our up and coming boys it is time to provide the opportunity for the next alpaca enthusiast to take advantage of this opportunity,

Thank you to Five Acres Farm of Granite Bay, California for their purchase of Gus!
